- Job position – to understand your role and use case
- Company name – to understand your organisation
We also store internally the product you expressed interest in and the status of your request. These fields are not shared with third parties. All entries are timestamped (date and time of submission).
The legal basis for processing this data is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), given at the time of form submission.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your early access or download request
- Keep you informed about the status of your request
- Communicate product updates relevant to your interest
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Data Storage and Infrastructure
This website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Vercel processes website traffic and serves our frontend. As part of normal infrastructure operations, Vercel may process server logs containing technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). These logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Note on international data transfer: Vercel is a US-based provider. When you access our website, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers in the United States. This transfer is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Vercel. All personal data you submit via forms is stored in a database provided by Supabase. We use Supabase's EU region — your data is stored on servers located within the European Union and does not leave the EU. 6. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. No third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels are embedded. We do not build behavioral profiles of our visitors.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — specifically, to manage your access request and communicate with you about Screeno. If you request deletion, your data will be removed within 14 days. Server logs processed by Vercel are retained for up to 30 days.
